General order/sales conditions Sales Terms Unless otherwise specified, all Octo prices in the catalogs are in Euros, FOB Semarang, Indonesia by fully loaded container 40ft (60m3) or 40ft HC (67m3). The value of rattan containers being generally low, it is difficult to accept orders by 2àft container (30m3). Prices and Volumes of orders While all care has been taken to give accurate informations, there maybe some inaccuracies or variations especially for sizes and loadabilities. All details must be confirmed upon processing an order. Moreover, in case of mixed container, with a lot of products, it is sometimes difficult to calculate precisely the Prices are subject to change with short notice, or even with our notice, due to many factors beyond the control of our suppliers (sudden depreciation, or appreciation of the rupiah against Euro/USD). Therefore, all prices must be re-confirmed by Octo upon order. Payment 30% at the order, 70% by sight L/C to Octo Indonesia Delivery Usually between 45/60 days for outdoor and 60/75 days indoor after receipt of L/C. Made to order Our furniture can be made to order, price increase compared with standard items from 10% till 100% depending on the specification and ordered quantities. Delivery near Muslin New Year (MNY) Special attention needs to be taken before Muslin New Year period (November 26, 2003; November 14, 2004; November 3, 2005). By law, containers are forbidden on the roads, 7 days before MNY. Then Indonesian factories will close for 2 weeks, from the date of MNY. Practically it takes 3 to 4 weeks more than usual to proceed orders when comes the time of NMY. To avoid the rush of year end orders, we strongly advise our customers to plan their orders as early as possible, to be able to receive goods for the Xmas season. Certificate of origin/GSP form "A"/Fumigation certificate All the above certificates are available. However they will issued only upon request. Fumigation, please note that our products are systematically fumigated. A certificate will be issued only upon request. |
